Elizabeth Ann "Lily" Grace (married name Grimwood) was born on 29 September 1883 in Gunbower, Victoria, Australia, daughter of Annie (Gray) Grace and Charles William Grace.[citation needed]

She married Samuel Edward Byrne Grimwood in 1905 in Victoria.[citation needed] Their children were:[citation needed]

Elizabeth died on 6 August 1946 in South Melbourne, Victoria, aged 62 years.[1]
