Bascom Bishop Gragg was born 5 Feb 1859, in Atchison County, Kansas. He was the child of Jefferson Gragg and Mary White. He 1st married Maggie Lake 25 Nov 1881, in Jefferson County, Kansas. After Maggie passed, he married Alice M Shaffer. Bascom Bishop Gragg passed away 17 Jun 1931, in Payne County, Oklahoma. [1][2][3][4]
