Isaac was born in 1869 in Arkansas, son of Benjamin Franklin Graham and Martha Speer.

Isaac had 12 half siblings from his father's marriage to Elizabeth Yoakum. ^[1]

He married Francis Maybelle Richardson, 14 March 1886 in Washington, Arkansas and they had 10 recorded children :
