1800 Posthumous Deed From Estate and Heirs of William Thompson, Lydia Thompson Executrix:

By an Indenture dated October 16, 1800, Lydia Thompson, widow and the heirs of William Thompson, John Thompson and Levisa his wife, Archibald Thompson and Rebecka his wife, William Ward and Nancy his wife, late Nancy Thompson, Robert Doak and Rachel, his wife, late Rachel Thompson, Andrew Thompson and Rebecca his wife, James Thompson, John Mitchell and Ames, late Ames Thompson, heirs and devisees of said William Thompson of the one part and James Sloan and Jane his wife and the late Jane Thompson of the other part, all of the County of Tazewell except Andrew Thompson and his wife of Montgomery County and Peter Doak and Rachel his wife of Wythe County, assigned to James Sloan and wife certain lands in Tazewell County, Virginia. Delivery of the Deed was approved by the Tazewell County Court on December 16, 1802. [2][3]

Circumstantial evidence suggests that Lydia (Graham) Thompson is the daughter of William Graham and Jane Mays.
