Keith was born in 1922. He was the son of Ross Graham and Mattie Hatfield. He passed away in 2018. He was an architect for more than 50 years, working mainly in Nova Scotia and Newfoundland. Among his important works were the Nova Scotia Archives Building, corner Robie and University Avenue; Halifax North End Library; and the Halifax Explosion Memorial, Fort Needham Park. He served with the RCAF during World War II as wireless operator/navigator, completing 51 successful sorties.
He was married twice. He had children in his first marriage; Norma was his second wife.
