Biography

Isabella was born 29 November 1843 in Inverness, Mégantic, Quebec. She is the daughter of Robert Graham, farmer, and Catherine Campbell. She was baptized in February 1844. ^[1]

She married William McVetty (1845-1925), on 27 July 1870 at Chalmers Presbyterian Church, Quebec City, Quebec. ^[2] Together the couple had 8 children. ^[3]

In 1861, at the age of 17, she was living with Robert Graham (Father, Farmer, Age: 43), Catherine Graham (Mother, Age: 41), Alexander Graham (Brother, Age: 14), Susan Graham (Sister, Age: 12), Jane Graham (Sister, Age: 10), John Graham (Brother, Age: 7), Martha Graham (Sister, Age: 5), Rachel Graham (Sister, Age: 3), Catherine Graham (Sister, Age: 1) ^[4]
