Children: DANE, Daniel, s. of Daniel and Elizebeth, Mar 7, 1725-6 DANE, Elizebeth, d. of Daniel and Elizebeth, Aug. 1724 DANE, Hannah, d. of Daniel and Elizebeth, Mar 4, 1733-4^[1] DANE, Mary, d. of Daniel and Elizebeth, Nov. 24, 1727^[2] DANE, Nathaniel, s. of Daniel and Elizebeth, Jan 31 [1721. C.R.I.]^[3]

Sadly, Elizabeth and Daniel Dane lost four of their five children very young. Nathaniel, Mary and Hannah all died in July and August 1738 of Diptheria ^[4][5] Daniel died in Sept 1727 at only one and a half years old.^[6] Only daughter Elizabeth survived to adulthood where she married cousin Jonathan Poor. ^[7]

In her will, Elizabeth Grainger Dane/Dean included bequests to her grandchildren (all children of daughter Elizabeth) who are Daniel Poor, Jonathan Poor, Peter Carlton, Dean Carlton, Hannah Poor, and Betty Poor.^[8]
