Marthe Granger was baptized in Alençon on 21 March 1666. She was the third of nine children of Israel Granger and his wife Marie.[1]
On 14 July 1687 Marthe age 21 and her sister Magdalen, both of Alençon, made their Reconnaisances at the French Church of the Savoy in London.[2] A Reconnaissance was a recognition of fault in attending a Catholic service and the public avowal of faith on admission to communion.
She married Florand D'Auteuil on 8 July 1699 at the French Chapel, Savoy, Strand, London. They were married by licence issued 4 July by the Archbishop of Canterbury.[3] They had three children during their marriage.
She died between 1707 and 1711.[4]
