A reference to a son, baptized in 1699 was added incorrectly to end of profile. I have moved it to Research Note because there is no son mentioned in the bio named William.
This profile needs further work, and needs to be compacted and combined as a result of several merges, as it contains multiple versions of the same biography. If the profile managers are no longer interested or unable to help in assisting with this, please speak up and other measures will be taken. Thank You.

Grant-10576 and Grant-1109 appear to represent the same person because: Ludovic "John" Grant - does the parent profile indicate such a person ever existed? It hardly can be possible, as they appear to be one and the same person - Ludovic Grant. John as a middle name probably comes from someone's ideation at FamilySearch. At any rate, these two profiles are now properly conflated except all of the children need to be reunited with their siblings. Both Ludovic profiles have a spouse of the same name. . .[who may also be a duplicate(?)].

Thanks for your help in sorting this.
