Biography
Anna Grant, born 7 Aug 1782 at Rockville, Connecticut, was the thirteenth child of Lorana Strong & Ozias Grant.
She married 27 Nov 1806 @ Vernon, Connecticut, Ebenezer Root of Coventry, Connecticut [b. 1783, son of Capt. Nathaniel Root & Elizabeth Kingsbury; d. 15 Jan 1841 @ Coventry, Connecticut]. They had 4 children:

- James W. Root; married 1) 22 Mar 1843 @ Coventry, Connecticut, Lucretia Edgerton; 2) ___ Brady
