No single record exists of her name spelled out as "Elizabeth Jane". She was perhaps known to the family as "Jennie" (per son Frank's death certificate), but her pension application says "Lizzie", and for the census she was mostly "Elizabeth", but in one census (1860) she is "Jane" and in another (1880) she is "Elizabeth J". A granddaughter was named "Sanoba Elizabeth Jane Rials" (per family Bible maintained by son Frank).
