 William Joseph Gras, son of Juan Louis Gras and Maria "Victoria" Espinosa, was born 20 Dec 1832 in New Orleans, Louisiana.^[1]

 William first married Celanie (?) sometime before 1860.^[2] No children are known to have been born of this marriage.
 William then married Albertine Kellermann, daughter of Christian Charles Kellermann (1804-1889) and Marguerite Virginie Clement (1807-1880) and widow of Joseph Grillier (1825-1871), on 23 May 1876 in New Orleans, Louisiana.^[3] Their known children were:
