Her visitation will be Saturday morning from 10 a.m. until noon. Her funeral service will be at noon in the chapel of the funeral home with Bro. Bob Vandiver officiating. Interment will follow in Colbert Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Talley was preceded in death by her son, Danny Hendrix, brothers; Jack Jones, Howard Jones, and I. W. Jones. Sisters; Geraldine Freeman, Flora Lawler, and Alma Watson. She is survived by her son, Howard Hendrix; daughter, Felicia Kay Brown; granddaughters, Sabrina Porter, Shanna Brown, Sherry Turberville, and Danielle Hendrix; and sister, Dorthy Jones. After working many years as a waitress, Martha became the owner of her own restaurant. She was a devoted mom and a member of First Baptist Church of Sheffield, and worked at the VFW. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Johnson, Jason Freeman, Jerry Freeman, and David Porter.
