Josiah Gray; b. 2 Feb 1837 at Penobscot, Hancock, Maine; m. Hannah M. Gray, daughter of Kimball J. Gray and Elizabeth L. Kenney, 25 Jun 1856; (Penobscot record); d. 25 Oct 1913 at Manchester, Kennebec, Maine, at age 76.

He was a veteran of the Civil War Company G. 1st Maine Heavy Artillery. He appeared on the census of 28 Jun 1870 at Blue Hill, Hancock, Maine.
