It is presumed he was the Charles Gray who married Mary Elizabeth Biggs in Q3 1886 in the District of Gloucester.^[2] Charles Gray age 27, bachelor, Labourer of 6 Sinope Street, Gloucester, and Mary Elizabeth Biggs age 20, spinster of 6 Sinope Street, Gloucester, were married by Banns on 01 Aug 1886 at All Saints Gloucester. Their fathers were John Gray, Labourer, and George Biggs, GWR Engine Driver.^[3]
