In 1910, she was widowed and her household in Somerset, Pennsylvania was made up of: Hattie (55), her daughter, Mayme (25) and her father, Charles W Gray (89).[2]
In 1920, Hattie (63) was living with her son-inlaw, Guy (34), daughter, Mayme (34) and their daughter, Harriet (4) in Somerset, Pennsylvania where Guy worked as a railroad "hostler".[3][4]
She passed away about 1925. She was buried in Union Cemetery in Somerset, Somerset County, Pennsylvania.
