DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with William by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with William:
Greedy-107 and Greedy-5 appear to represent the same person because: Both have the same spouse, married same date, although they appear to be different persons
Greedy-107 and Greedy-5 are not ready to be merged because: further research required. Parish records appear to show the possibility of two identical couples but with Ann as one spouse and Anne the other - I have this work on my to-do list.
Greedy-107 and Greedy-5 do not represent the same person because: They are baptised on different dates. They were incorrectly shown as being married to the same wife - this has now been corrected.
