Ira Green was born 19 April 1832, son of William Green and Elizabeth Huston in Monroe Twp., Licking Co. Ohio [1]

He married to Permelia Chapin on July 21, 1862. [2]

The 1870 census showed him as a farm laborer, personal property worth $100 [3]

The 1880 census showed him as a laborer in Columbus, Ohio, wife Permelia [4]

He died 24 May 1900 in Columbus, Ohio. [5] [6] [7] Note: since Ira died in May, he almost certainly was living here when he died. [8]
