Biography
Thomas Green was born in about 1788 in Didbrook, Gloucestershire and was christened there on 9 November 1788, the son of Thomas Green and Elizabeth (nee Best) Green[1]
On 18 January 1812 Thomas married Ann Williams by banns at St. Michael's Church, Guiting Power, Gloucestershire[2]
At the time of the 1841 Census, Thomas and his wife Ann are living in Guiting Power, Gloucestershire with their sons William and Richard[3]
At the time of the 1851 Census, Thomas and his wife Ann are living in Guiting Power, Gloucestershire with their grandson Alfred Mitchell (2, b. Cutsdean, Worcs)[4]
At the time of the 1861 Census, Thomas and his wife Ann are living in Guiting Power, Gloucestershire with their widowed daughter Eliza Mitchell and her children Alfred (12) and Mary-Ann (9); their son Thomas Green (43)is also recorded as a visitor[5]
Thomas Green died in 1867 in (probably Guiting Power), Winchcombe RD, Gloucestershire[6]
