Thomas was of Sudbury and later an early settler of Stow, Massachusetts where was an iron monger and blacksmith by trade. [6] [7]

I have no idea if William Goffe had such an alias, but even if he did, it would presumably have nothing to do with Mary's father John Greene (who died in 1658).

Is there any truth to the story, told in my hometown of Stow MA, that John Green was an alias for William Goffe the Regicide? Goffe_aka_Gough-2

Green-18530 and Green-1444 appear to represent the same person because: Same husband. (He also has two profiles.)

Green-17582 and Green-1444 appear to represent the same person because: I accidentally created second Mary Green, checked the box, and clicked on SAVE instead of 'set as child'.
