DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Keziah by comparing test results with other carriers of her ancestors' mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Keziah:

I have run into some information from the Abraham and Sidney side of the family that causes me to question some assumptions here. One is the possibility that Keziah could have been born about 1785. Another is that Peter's "eldest" children could have been from a previous marriage in Berkeley county, Virginia. I have found a marriage record for Peter Williamson and Kaziah Low from 1806 in Fairfield county, Ohio. A Peter Williamson (1768-1812) married Mary Rush/Rusk (d.1805) in Berkeley county and they had a son Abraham and a daughter Sidney. The puzzle is why this son and daughter lived and died in Berkeley county. Is it just coincidence or lack of sources?

Further digging has turned up a very large amount of data collected by the descendants of the children of Peter Williamson 1768-1812 that tends to discredit the info I have connecting him to Keziah Green, daughter of Regnal. Is there a possibility we have a third Peter Williamson, or should we go back to the theory of Robert M. Green who says that the husbands of sisters Keziah and Rebecca Green are the same Peter Williamson, Sr?

"A note was found among the papers that came down to the writer [Robert M. Green] from his G-g-grandfather George Green, son of Regnal, stated that George's mother's given name had been Sarah, but gave no maiden name."

From "Green Tree Corrections" page 4, that accompanied "A Branch from the Green Tree" compiled by Robert M. Green 1978 found here.
