The birth index has her parents names as Henry Green and Hannah Brooks, the latter should be Rooks. Sarah's marriage to William Lunn was registered in Victoria in 1891. Her last appearence on the Electoral Rolls seems to be in 1937 at Romsey, where Annie, Florence Alice, Francis Edward, William and William Henry Lunns are all listed. It seems that she and William had been there since the ERs began in 1903, he as a contractor. Sarah's possible death there in 1940 on 2 Ancestry FTs is unsourced.
