Biography

Elmera was born in 1934. She was the daughter of Elmer Green. She passed away in 1992. Elmira moved with her grand mother to the Seattle area as a small child. She never married and never had children. I remember she had health issues and edema really bad in her lower body. She was very kind and soft spoken. Russell is the name that she changed it to as an adult. She did use Vaughan. Elmira kept to her self until she became ill in the 80's.
