My apologies for the delay in getting back to you. I've just now had a chance to sit down and do WikiTree!
Unfortunately, unresponsive profile managers are a very common thing and we have a procedure for that on this page here: Help:Unresponsive_Profile_Managers. It looks like Stevenson-1992 hasn't been active since last July.
Also had a look at Benjamin Wingrove's profile and it appears to be "Open", which means you can theoretically add and make changes without being on the Trusted List or the profile manager's express approval. (although a note letting them know is a courtesy)
Hope this helps! :)
This is just a courtesy e-mail to see how things are going. Are you enjoying WikiTree so far? Any questions? Any issues?
Feel free to contact me via my profile page. I am happy to help!
Thank you for your comment - I think it's likely that Anthony's brother Onesipherus was the one charged with murder following the duel, not Anthony's son. I know of at least four Onesiphoruses in the family so far and trying to sort them out is a headache. I'm most interested in connecting the line between the Anthony who was born in 1790 on St Helena Island and died in 1815 in Victoria and the Anthony who was born in 1640 and died in 1645 and was the Governor of St Helena for a time.
Cheers! Neil
Thanks for taking the Pre-1700 Quiz!
Because pre-1700 ancestors are shared by many descendants, working within the projects which coordinate them is essential. You can learn more about joining the community in How To #3 and in the Project FAQ.
Use the Pre-1700 Projects list to find one which best fits your research focus, whether time period, location, or special event. Read the goals and tasks of the project and join if it is a good fit.
Let me know if you have trouble finding projects which fit your focus. Click my name, then ask in the comment section of my page.
