Biography
George was born in 1841. He is the son of Giles Green and Katie Chandler. He passed away in 1923. [1]
George served in the same Union Army Unit as his brother John (1838) which was the Kentucky 14th Company "G".
George also was a captain like his brother John.
He served in the 14th from October 10, 1861 to August 3, 1864 which was almost the duration of the war.
