Birth

Clear Horn was born about 1820, the son of Tōšą́nąksépka Black Otter. (Weinhold, 3)

Name

"Clear Horn" would seem to be a name in the Waterspirit Clan, although a paternal line descendant (Abel Green) stated that he himself was a member of the Bear Clan. (Weinhold, 6)
