Charles was born about 1857 at Scilly Cove, Newfoundland, son of John Green and Hester Hiscock. He was two weeks old when he was baptized on Apr 3, 1857.[1]
In 1935 Charles and Rachel were listed on the St Jones Without census, His age was listed as 80 years.[2]
He passed away Feb 6, 1941 at Hickman's Harbour, Newfoundland. He is buried in the United Church Cemetery.[3]
