Beulah was born on 9 February 1877 in Cooke, Texas, United States. She was the daughter of Dallas Green and Georgia Ann (Alford) Green.^[1]

When Beulah was 20 she married Harry H. Mansfeild on 14 February 1897 in Cooke, Texas, United States. The couple had one child: Izetta Mansfield.^[2]

In 1900 Beulah (age about 22) was living in Justice Precinct 5 (west part), Cooke, Texas, United States.

Beulah died at the age of 78 on 7 November 1955 in Panhandle, Carson, Texas, United States.^[1]
