Jessie (Green) Dempster was born in the Colony of Victoria (1851-1900)
Jessie Green, married name Dempster, was born in 1866, her birth registered that year in Springdallah, Victoria, the daughter of George Green and Jessie McDonald. [1]
Marriage. In 1886, she married Andrew Dempster in Victoria. [2]
Jessie Dempster died 21st February 1923, at Camberwell, Victoria, aged 55. [3]

- DEMPSTER.—On the 21st February, at Camberwell (late Sorrento), Jessie, the dearly beloved wife of Andrew, and loved mother of Jessie (Mrs. A. Crichton), William, Leila (Mrs. C. Majewski), and Alice (Mrs. H. Grieve).
- FUNERAL NOTICES
- DEMPSTER.—The Friends of Mr. ANDREW DEMPSTER are invited to follow the remains of his dearly beloved wife, Jessie, to the place of interment in the Burwood Cemetery.
- The funeral will leave "Westwood," 35 Radnor street, Camberwell, THIS DAY (Friday, 23rd Febry), at 3.30 p.m.
- LE PINE and BON, Funeral Directors. J1441 [4]
Burial. Following the service on 23rd February 1923, her remains were interred in the Presbyterian portion, Burwood Cemetery. When he died, her widower was buried or cremated elsewhere. [5]
