Hi Rick. Daniel & Catherine (Green) Green were my direct ancestors. They had a son Joshua married first to Dinah/Diana Carpenter of East Greenwich, Rhode Island. He married second Alice (Wait) Potter. Joshua moved his family from Rhode Island to Massachusetts then on to Albany (Kings District) now located in Columbia County, New York. Joshua's eldest daughter, Mary married William Fox brother of Consider Fox. His youngest daughter, Susannah Green married Consider Fox and they were my 4th Great Grandparents. My branch of the Greene Family used "Green" for the spelling of their surname.
