Lucy was born on 24 February 1766 in Waterford, New London, Connecticut, British Colonial America. She was the daughter of Christopher Greene (1733-1820) and Mercy (Stoddard) Greene (1740-1830).[1][2]
Lucy married Eli Widger. In the 1850 census Lucy (age 84) was in Preston, Chenango, New York, United States.[3]
