Nellie M. Greene was born in 1885 in the state of New York.

She was the first wife of Jessie E. Scriven (1881-1944); married abt 1906. About 1910 thru 1920's family lived in Kingston NY, then back to Troy NY.

They had two children: Mary E. (Scriven) Hamilton (1908-1990) and Elwin Percy Scriven (1910-1973), both of Troy NY.

Nellie (Greene) Scriven passed away in 1926 in New York, She was buried at the Meadowlawn Cemetery in Petersburg, Rensselaer County, New York, USA
