Phebe (Greene) Weaver was born on 30 Apr 1756 in Warwick, Kent, Rhode Island, daughter of Ebenezer Greene (1727 - 1757) and Ann (Arnold) Ladd (1734 - 1821).

- Caleb Ladd (1773 - 1832)
Phebe married Christopher Weaver (1760 - 1820). Their children were:
- John Weaver (1782 - 1841)
