The Inquisition Post Mortem of her father in law, Sir Walter Mervyn, dated 14 Oct 1512 found that she was still living and had not remarried at that date, and that her son (Sir) John Mervyn was aged 9 years and upwards.
She was living on 1 Jan 1518 when in the will of her mother, Lady Edyth Carewe, she was left a bequest.
The manor of Fonthill Gifford, Wiltshire, , which included Fernhill manor and land in Tisbury and elsewhere, passed at John Mervyn's death after 1476 to his son Walter (d. 1512), who devised it for her widowhood to Elizabeth, relict of his son John. It passed on Elizabeth's death after 1520 to that John's son John (knighted in 1547, d. 1566).
