1901 UK Census shows Greenhalgh "Head" as Robert, General Labourer, should read Oliver. ---> there is another census that records Oliver as head[6]
mother's maiden name = Unsworth
father died before 1871 census (Priscilla recorded as widow)
wife died before 1901 census (Oliver recorded as widower) but in 1911 he records himself as married. There is a marriage in Sep 1901 to Eliza Ann Hope. Is this the same Oliver?[7] There is a possible 'Eliza Ann Greenlagh' (correct age & married) living separately to Oliver and his family in 1911 census. [8]

Is Oliver your ancestor? Please don't go away! Login to collaborate or comment, or

The way to do this is: Go to the profile of Joseph [Greenhalgh-371]. Edit. Edit father. Remove Oliver as father [Greenhalgh-390]. Edit Joseph again. Edit mother. [Remove Yates-4149] as mother. I have done this (30 Sep 2017).
I need to delete Oliver Greenhalgh & Margaret (Yates) Greenhalgh and all their ancestors as they are NOT family of Joseph Greenhalgh. Can anybody help or advise?
