Biography
Pearl and her husband William Hobert Samples are buried together at Clover Cemetary on WV Route 36 in Roane County. The 1910 census records list Pearl's proper first name as Celia P. Greenleaf. This is the only time I have seen her name written as anything other than Pearl. Also buried there beside them is their son Robert Greenleaf Samples and his wife Ann Hardway Samples
