The death took place in Sydney on Wednesday night of Mr. George Greentree, formerly of Grafton, where he resided many years. He was for a considerable time in the service of the North Coast Co., and also had charge of the slip at Grafton.
He leaves three sons, George, William, and Frederick, of Grafton; and five daughters, Mrs. J. Page, Grafton, Mrs. T. Parker, Ulmarra, Mrs. G. McCracken, Sydney, and two unmarried. The funeral took place in Sydney yesterday. Deceased was 75 years of age.
