MR. NATHAN GREENTREE
The death occurred somewhat suddenly on Saturday of Mr. Nathan Greentree, of Wiseman's Ferry, at the age of 77 years. The respect in which the late Mr. Greentree was held was evidenced by the large attendance at the funeral on Sunday, people coming from all parts of the district. Rev. A. C. Towner, who read the burial service, paid a high tribute to deceased's upright and manly character, his devotion to his family and the esteem in which he was held by all. Mr. Greentree had been in good health until lately, and resided with his daughter, Mrs. John Rose. He was well-known as a builder, and quite recently erected a bulk store for Messrs. Cameron Bros., of Wiseman's Ferry.[4]
