Son of Capt. William Clyde Greenwood and Deborah Bootman born on January 22, 1794 in Port Saxon, Nova Scotia.

He married Catherine Snow on October 2, 1820 in Barrington, Nova Scotia.

He passed away on January 27, 1872 in Port Saxon, Nova Scotia.[1]
