Research Notes

He married Thankful Willson (daughter of Joseph Wilson per Savage v2). She died 1714, as a widow, but James died in Cambridge "1715. His w. d. 4 Feb. in that yr." (Savage v2). James second married Abigail Trowbridge, in Newton, 1715. James may have died in Roxbury, Suffolk County (Savage v2) 26 May 1720, but record gives no indication that it is the same person.
