Biography

In the Names of God Amen I Ann Lucas of Simpson in the County of Bucks Widow being sick and weak in Body but of sound mind memory and understanding do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following ffirst of all I give and bequeath to my Son Daniel Lucas of Simpson aforesaid Yeoman the Sum of One Guinea Also I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Hannah Fowler Wife of Richard Fowler of Water Eaton in the Parish of Bletchley in the County of Bucks Yeoman One Guinea Also I give and bequeath unto Ann Putman Wife of John Putman of Wroughton Green in the said County of Bucks Yeoman One Guinea Also I give and bequeath unto Sarah Billington Wife of John Billington of Shenley in the County of Bucks aforesaid Yeoman One guinea to be paid unto the said Daniel Lucas, Hannah Fowler, Ann Putman and Sarah Billington within one Year after my decease by my Executor hereinafter named Also I give and bequeath to my Grandson Nicholas Lucas the sum of Fifty Pounds to be paid unto him when he arrives at the age of Twenty one Years but if my said Grandson should die before he arrives at he age of twenty one years I then give and bequeath the said Sum of Fifty Pounds to my Grandchildren Ann and Martha Lucas to be divided between them when they arrive at the age of Twenty one Years or Days of Marriage Also I give and bequeath unto my said Son Richard Fowler the further Sum of Fifty pounds And I do earnestly desire that my said Son Richard Fowler do out of ?.. mentioned Sum of Fifty Pounds so bequeathed ??..my Daughter (during her natural life) Sarah the Wife of Thomas Wilkinson??..in the County of Bucks Labourer??.
