Biography

Daniel was probably born in Louth, in what was then known as Niagara, Upper Canada, about 1792. His parents were Philip Gregory and Margaret.


Daniel married Annie Tinlin (1st), about 1811,

and Jane Chrysler Stull (2nd).


1851 Louth house: Daniel 60y, Anna 58y, Daniel 39y, Jas A 31y, Jane 24y, Joseph 21y, John 18y, Elizabeth 18y, Martha 15y, Ramsay 12y, Jessie 10y.[1]


Daniel died in Louth, on April 6, 1874. He rests in St. Catharines Maple Lawn Cemetery.[2]


Annie died on October 6, 1851 and she also rests in the Maple Lawn Cemetery.
