Biography
Joseph Grenier was born on 6 November 1770 in Lotbinière, Quebec, Canada, son of Laurent Grenier dit Garnier and Marie Genevieve Hamel. He was baptized the same day at the Catholic parish of Saint-Louis-de-Lotbinière. [1]
Joseph (24) married Marie Jesse Sicard dit Carufel (24), daughter of Pierre Amable Sicard dit Carufel and Marie Antonine Marchand, on 9 February 1795 at St-Joseph-de-Maskinongé, Bas-Canada. [2]
