Amitia was born approximately 1320, the daughter[1] of Thomas Grey.
Marriage
Amitia married[2] Sir William Clopton of Wickhambrook (who died 1376)[1]
They had 4 children together before Ivetta died.
William named in his father's will and inherited Hawstead Manor
Walter who married Elizabeth the daughter of Sir John Peccott. He inherited Toppesfield Hall from his father
John who had no issue and was not named in his father's will
Edmund who married Blanche FitzEustace and who inherited Newenham Hall, Ashdon when his father died in 1376.
Death
It is not known when Ivetta died but before Sir William Clopton married again in 1348. She may have been buried at Chipley Priory.
