Anne Greystoke was a member of the aristocracy in England.

Father Sir John Greystoke, 4th Baron Greystoke, Governor of Roxburgh Castle[1] b. c 1390, d. 8 Aug 1436

Mother Elizabeth Ferrers[2] b. c 1393, d. 1434


Anne Greystoke was born circa 1412 at of Owesley, Yorkshire, England.

She and Sir Ralph Bigod, Sheriff of Yorkshire obtained a marriage license on 18 February 1433; Date of Papal Dispensation, being related in the 4th degree of kindred.

They had 10 sons (John; Henry; Edward; William; George; Thomas; Ralph; Richard; Philip; & Peter) and 5 daughters (Elizabeth, wife of Sir John Aske; Anne, wife of William Conyers; Katherine; Maud; & Agnes, wife of Thomas Stillington).[3]

Anne Greystoke left a will on 6 December 1476.

She died on 27 March 1477 at Settrington, Yorkshire, England.[4]

Her estate was probated on 12 May 1478; Requested burial at Settrington, Yorkshire.[5]
