Samuel Gridley (20 Dec 1724 Farmington, Hartford, Connecticut^[1] - 25 DEC 1804 Salisbury, Litchfield, Connecticut) was the son of Samuel Gridley and Abigail Hough.

Samuel Gridley is mentioned in his grandfather Jonathan Hough's will in 1731.

On 3 Oct 1753, Samuel married Deborah Jones in New Haven, CT
