Biography
Bertha (Griffin) Harvey was born in the Colony of New South Wales (1788-1900)
Bertha was born in 1889 in the Taree district of New South Wales. She was the daughter of Gerald and Fanny Griffin. [1]
Bertha married Percy Harvey in 1912 in the Kempsey district of New South Wales.[2]
In 1921 Bertha and Percy's 4 year old son Leslie Horace Harvey died in Kempsey hospital after a short illness.[3]
She passed away 1 July 1977 at the age of 88 [4] and is buried in Urunga Cemetery.[5]
