• Cale Louie Griffin, 52, husband of Victoria “Tori” Elizabeth Jenkins Griffin, died Thursday, December 23, 2021, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital.

Born in Manning, he was a son of Betty Jean Jennings Griffin and the late Melvin Richard Griffin.

Mr. Griffin was a member and the Technology Technician at the Church of the Holy Comforter.

Surviving are his wife of Sumter; a son, Caleb Richard Griffin of Florence; a daughter, Emma Grace Griffin of Sumter; a stepson, John David Simmons (Jennifer) of San Antonio, TX; a stepdaughter, Kimberly Elizabeth Simmons of Sumter; three brothers, Melvin Griffin of Atlanta, GA, Danny Griffin (Ginger) and Benny Griffin all of Sumter; two grandchildren, Rowan Kai Simmons and William Keith Simmons; numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Nancy Griffin.
