Is there a particular time period, location, or topic you're interested in? Look at the list of active projects to see if one fits your needs.
Once you find a project that interests you, visit the project page for information and how to join. You can use the Following link to add the project tag to your profile, to receive on activity that occurs for that project.
How's everything going? You might be finding duplicate profiles now. We have a Help Page to help you learn what to do with them. Be sure to check for your pending merges by going to FIND, PENDING MERGES, and sort for those waiting on you. Upon completing a merge, be sure to clean up/edit the Biography as ALL information from both profiles are copied and remove any duplicate info.
If you want updates on surnames you can add them by going to MY WIKITREE, NAV HOME PAGE, scroll down to just below WIKI GENEALOGY FEED to EDIT FOLLOWED SURNAMES. You can add up to 20.
Lastly, sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving those situations.
