Biography
Susannah Griffin was born September 5, 1767 to Ralph Griffin and Susannah Buckner in Antrim Parish, Halifax, Virginia Colony.
She married Peter Jarrett on January 31, 1791 in Halifax, Virginia.[1] Their children were:
- Susannah Jarratt
- Thomas Jarrett
- John Jarrett
- Ralph Rayford Jarrett
- William Buckner Jarrett
- Raney F. Jarrett
- Anderson J. Jarrett
In the year 1830 Susannah Jarrett and family lived in Rutherford, Tennessee. [2]
She died, at the age of 65-63, in 1830. She is buried at the Blackberry Baptist Church Cemetery in Henry County, Virginia.[3]
